ReplyDeleteSo many familiar flowers just S of you as well..my first time growing borage..just beautiful. you folks N have had quite a bit more rain than we have. I am sure your gorgeous veg garden is lush and yummy...
ReplyDeleteI love the shot of the bees in the borage...so cute! Happy GBBD!
ReplyDeleteLovely shots, especially of Joe and Susan. Looks like you have lots blooming this blooms day... which makes it a happy one! Cheers.
ReplyDeleteI do love all those yellow ray flowers blooming at this time of year. I'm interested in your diagnosis of the Helianthus as stunted by the wet spring. We also had a very wet spring, and a number of my plants were both shorter and less profusely blooming this year.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear that your tradescantia have gotten settled in. We had an unusually warm, dry July in my garden and many of the tradescantia went dormant -- but Osprey seemed to fare better in these conditions than any of the others.
I don't currently have a place for Virginia creeper -- or for Veronicastrum, which I covet. -Jean
Really lovely! Joe and Susan make a lovely pair.
